Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Remember to get their direct cell so you don’t have to deal with call center. From the planning to execution the staff was patient and helpful and was understanding of family dynamics and a soft spot in their hearts. I appreciate all the did.

Rosalinda Hamer is wonderful. Honestly I can't say enough. I'm an old guy still struggling with the loss of my wife. Every year I place a memorial in the Journal News but it has become extremely difficult to navigate the process. I called McGowans to see if someone could help me.
