Dealing with the loss of a parent is always difficult. The staff at Healey helped us through the process with constant kindness and empathy. The things they couldn't coordinate for us, they still pointed us in the right direction & provided resources. There was one hiccup in everything...something they easily could have ignored and we never would have known. But instead, they reached out to us, explained what happened, took responsibility, and made it right. That level of integrity, honesty, and ownership was truly impressive this day & age.

David was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He accomodated my requests and fully supported us from the viewing up to the cremation day of my husband. They also sent me resources that was helpful to the grieving family. They were closed on Saturdays except for appointments, but you can reach him by his phone number and he would text or call you back. Their Chapel was clean and big. They also have a clean reception area next door where our family and friends gathered together after the service. He even put additional chairs and tables outside for people to use as per my requests without any hesitation. He also provided me with easel boards for my tri-fold displays. I was also impressed with the quality of the picture that they enlarged and used during the service. Grieving that moment was very difficult, but David made us feel that we were understood and fully supported. I give them the highest scores and recommendation.
