Dealing with the loss of a parent is always difficult. The staff at Healey helped us through the process with constant kindness and empathy. The things they couldn't coordinate for us, they still pointed us in the right direction & provided resources. There was one hiccup in everything...something they easily could have ignored and we never would have known. But instead, they reached out to us, explained what happened, took responsibility, and made it right. That level of integrity, honesty, and ownership was truly impressive this day & age.

A horrible situation was made easier by the staff at Healey. My mom died without a doctor. She had graduated from hospice a CB month before. The staff was able to expedite getting the death certificate signed off. I don’t know what we would have done without them. They continue to follow up and offer grief counseling even two months later. I would highly recommend this mortuary.
